ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Return and Refund Policy, Digital Delivery Policy and Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old, or otherwise have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, to place an order.
Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
OUR PRODUCTS
Celestial Wisdom provides personalized astrology reports prepared using the information submitted with each order. Reports are digital products supplied as PDF files by email. No physical products are shipped.
Astrology is interpretive in nature. Reports are intended for personal insight, reflection and entertainment. They do not guarantee any particular outcome, event or result.
The description and scope of each report are stated on the relevant product page.
INFORMATION PROVIDED WITH AN ORDER
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information, including names, birth dates, birth times, birthplaces, email addresses and any other details requested for the selected report.
Please review all information carefully before submitting your order. The accuracy and detail of an astrology report depend on the information supplied.
If information is missing or unclear, we may contact you by email. Preparation will not begin, or may be paused, until all required information has been received.
If a report has already been prepared using incorrect information supplied by the customer, correction or replacement may require an additional payment.
ORDERS FOR ANOTHER PERSON
If you order a report concerning another adult, you confirm that you are authorized to provide their personal information for this purpose.
Reports concerning a child may only be ordered by the child’s parent or legal guardian, or by another person who has the appropriate authorization.
You are responsible for ensuring that the submission of another person’s information is lawful and does not infringe their privacy rights.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed on the website and confirmed during checkout. Any applicable taxes or charges will be shown before payment is completed.
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.
We reserve the right to correct an obvious pricing or product-description error. If such an error affects an order already placed, we will contact you and offer the choice of confirming the order on the corrected terms or receiving a full refund.
PREPARATION AND DIGITAL DELIVERY
Reports are usually delivered within 1–5 business days. During busy periods, please allow up to 10 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday.
The preparation period begins once payment has been completed and all required information has been received.
Completed reports are sent as PDF files to the email address provided with the order. Full delivery information is available in our Digital Delivery Policy.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to applicable legal conditions and exceptions.
Because our reports are personalized and may be prepared and delivered during this period, you may be asked to expressly request that work begin before the withdrawal period has ended and to acknowledge the effect this has on your right of withdrawal.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND PERMITTED USE
All reports, written content, designs, branding and other materials supplied by Celestial Wisdom are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
When you purchase a report, you receive a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use it for your own private, personal and non-commercial purposes.
You may save and print your report for personal use. You may not reproduce, publish, sell, license, distribute, upload, commercially exploit or create derivative products from the report or any substantial part of it without our prior written permission.
PROFESSIONAL-ADVICE DISCLAIMER
Astrology reports are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice.
You should not use a report as the sole basis for important health, relationship, legal, financial, career or other life decisions. Where appropriate, seek advice from a suitably qualified professional.
You remain responsible for your own choices, decisions and actions.
PERSONAL INTERPRETATION
Astrological interpretation is subjective. Different astrologers may interpret the same chart differently, and individual experiences may not correspond with every part of a report.
Disagreement with an interpretation does not, by itself, mean that the report is defective. This does not affect your statutory rights if the report is incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible or otherwise not supplied as agreed.
WEBSITE AVAILABILITY AND ACCURACY
We aim to keep the website and its information accurate and available. However, we do not guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted or free from technical errors.
We may update, suspend or discontinue parts of the website where reasonably necessary. This will not affect orders we have already accepted, except where performance becomes impossible, in which case we will contact the affected customer and provide an appropriate refund.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Celestial Wisdom is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of, or reliance on, an astrology report.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct or any mandatory consumer protection right.
PRIVACY
We process personal information in order to accept orders, prepare reports, deliver digital files, provide customer service and comply with legal obligations.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our store is hosted by Shopify, and payments and other functions may be provided by third-party service providers. Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy notices.
We are not responsible for the independent acts or omissions of a third-party provider, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@celestialwisdom.co. We will aim to respond within two business days and make a reasonable effort to resolve the matter directly.
Consumers residing in Iceland may be entitled to refer an unresolved dispute to the Icelandic Complaints Board for Goods and Services (Kærunefnd vöru- og þjónustukaupa). Information is available at:

These terms and purchases made through this website are governed by Icelandic law.
If you are a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection provided by the law of your country of residence.
Any dispute shall be handled by a court having jurisdiction under applicable law.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version that applies to an order is the version available when the order is placed, unless a change is required by law.
