DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

Digital delivery only

All Celestial Wisdom reports are personalized digital products delivered as PDF files by email. No physical products are shipped, and no shipping fees apply.

Preparation and delivery time

Reports are usually delivered within 1–5 business days. During busy periods, please allow up to 10 business days.

The preparation period begins once payment has been completed and we have received all the information required to prepare the report. If any information is missing, incomplete or unclear, we will contact you by email. The delivery period will begin once the required information has been received.

Business days are Monday to Friday.

Delivery by email

Your completed report will be sent to the email address provided with your order. Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly and check your spam, junk or promotions folders if the report does not appear in your inbox.

Incorrect customer information

Customers are responsible for checking that all submitted information, including names, birth dates, birth times, birthplaces and email addresses, is complete and accurate.

If a report has already been prepared using incorrect information supplied by the customer, additional work or a replacement report may be subject to an additional charge.

Missing or inaccessible files

If you have not received your report within the stated delivery period, or if the PDF file is missing, damaged or cannot be opened, please contact us at info@celestialwisdom.co. We will investigate and resend or replace the file where necessary.

Delays

If an unexpected delay prevents us from delivering your report within 10 business days, we will contact you by email as soon as reasonably possible.
