RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Personalized digital reports

All Celestial Wisdom reports are individually prepared using the personal information supplied with the order. Reports are delivered digitally as PDF files by email. No physical products are shipped.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of placing your order, without giving a reason, unless an applicable legal exception applies.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, email us at info@celestialwisdom.co before the withdrawal period expires. Please include your name, order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

Starting work during the withdrawal period

Because our reports are personalized and may be prepared and delivered within the 14-day withdrawal period, you may be asked during the ordering process to:

• expressly request that we begin preparing your report before the withdrawal period has ended; and
• acknowledge that, once the service has been fully performed and the digital report has been delivered, you will lose your right of withdrawal.

If you withdraw after expressly requesting that work begin but before the report has been completed and delivered, we may deduct an amount proportionate to the work already performed, as permitted by applicable law.

Once the personalized report has been completed and delivered with your prior express consent and acknowledgement, the purchase is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund based solely on a change of mind.

Errors, defects or incorrect information

Please check all birth details and other information carefully before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

If we make an error in preparing your report, if you receive the wrong report, or if the PDF file is missing, damaged or cannot be opened, please contact us at info@celestialwisdom.co. We will correct or replace the report at no additional cost. If we cannot resolve the issue, an appropriate refund will be provided.

Astrology reports contain interpretive content. Differences in personal interpretation or disagreement with the content do not, by themselves, constitute a defect or create an automatic right to a refund. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, it will be issued to the original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have accepted the withdrawal or refund request. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Model withdrawal statement

You may use the following wording, although it is not compulsory:

I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the purchase of the following report:
